There was a movie, I think was called Clear Cut, mainly about the deforestation going on in Canada, between the Indian nations and the logging company.  At one point in the movie an Indian comes and kidnaps the logging company boss and the Indian's own laywer.  Near the end of the movie, (here's the point :wink: ) the Indian has the boss staked to the ground and is skinning his lower leg WHILE HE WAS STILL ALIVE!    Pretty good effects for its time too (late 80's).
