can anyone teach me Onmyouji and how to find my shikigami?

can anyone teach me Onmyouji and how to find my shikigami? I'm very interested in learning, but i cant find anything online i have search but just ending up with what Onmyouji is and what shikigami is and that all. I'm currently meditating for about 1hr chi meditation if there is some other meditation that work for onmyouji let me know how too.

i looked up onmyouji on wikipedia and it seems to just be a form of asiatic sorcery turned into divination could you elaborate on that and by the few asian sorcerors i know shikigami are a type of familiar which is usually a thoughtform or a spirit being/ tool animated by a magic practitioners will and thought thoughtform creation is easy to research.
