Universal protection sigil?

My dear people, since ive never did sigils and/or any similar protection, i need your help. What would you suggest as a Universal Protection sigil? Is there anything like that or it has to be defined for certain types of attacks?

And yeah, i did everything else we always tell others to do....

There are quite a few seals at the back of the Goetia that work against negative entities on the whole, as well as self-protection. Can't remember them all off the top of my head, but I can list a few when I get home!

But out of curiosity - what's going on @ your place? I managed to get ahold of a few of the pentacle names here - these are the ones I'd recommend using. You can google 'em to know how they look. :

1) 1st Pentacle of Saturn - "This pentacle is of great value and utility for striking terror into the Spirits. Wherefore, upon its being shown to them they submit and kneeling upon the earth before it they obey."

2) 3rd Pentacle of Jupiter - "This defendeth and protecteth those who invoke and cause the Spirits to appear. When they appear show unto them this Pentacle and immediately they will obey."
(for spirits that were unknowingly or secretly invoked, just in case)

3) 4th Pentacle of the Moon - "This defendeth thee from all evil sources, and from all injury unto soul or body. Its Angel, Sophiel, giveth the knowledge of the virtue of all herbs and stones; and unto whomsoever shall name him, he will procure the knowledge of all."

I've got a few more at home, but these are some I had written down.

Yeah. They're all "defense" pentacles - like I said, there are a couple more that could fortify, but the way I see it, the more protection there is, the merrier. I'd say you're good, but I'll double-check as soon as I have access to my notes from study and experience when I get home to make 100% sure. Still. Pretty sure they won't contradict each other.

A St. Michaels Medal may work for you too Nina, given your catholic background....not that you have to be catholic for it to work, just some sort of faith rooted in Christianity.

an arrowhead or the image of a buffalo eye works for protection too.

Just got home, so here are the ones I'd written in my notes (bolded the new ones):

4) 5th Pentacle of Mars - terrible unto demons

I'm not sure if demons are the perps, but where it says "demons," for a lot of the descriptions, it also mentions "any negative spirits." I think they should do. And, as always, pure salt (try rock salt) is a good thing to keep on you, with items of protection, or with the aforementioned.

And yeah, looks like they can be combined. So long as you don't mix these "passive" ones up with "active " ones (these are defensive - protecting. There are other pentacles that exist for summoning rituals), which would probably attract more than rid of.

lol, didn't think so. But these ones, you can combine. I didn't list any of those active pentacles.

The Pennsylvannia Dutch Hex Signs would be another good place to start. Don't be put off by the word hex, most of them are universal Keep Out sigils. Also, backing up with dragon's blood herb & sea salt at all doors/windows will help.
