Can I make one request, though, nick? Not at all trying to be rude in any way, however - you made the situation sound very serious, and as such, we worried a lot. Now, some of us have dealt with a lot, quite frankly, and so when someone who is relatively new to the field begins experimentation (that we are aware of), and then posts a Mayday! post that reads to us like an emergency, it is extremely unnerving, not to mention against the forum rules. I was (and very obviously, other members were) concerned for your safety, and then you'd posted that "everything's fine" and that you're not even sure if it's a "real concern..." I don't understand why you would do that.

That said, don't think I'm berating you. As my previous post should be able to tell you, I'm not angry at all. Just make sure you follow the rules and avoid creating emergency posts when you are not certain that there is something to be worried about.

Thanks!

The more you keep pushing people away the less help you'll get towards the end. Call me arrogant, call me stubborn, beat me as bad as you want, I still wont quit and I damn sure wont back down.

So uh how do you get rid of nosey college journalists?

Well, personally, I'd send them on a wild goose chase. Tell them about something they couldn't possibly resist, some story of sorts, and how to get it. Course, that only works (if it even does) for a short time. Not a permanent solution.

She's cute too, and smart so this is going to be difficult, maybe i'll just act crazy.

Acting crazy runs the risk of them calling the authorities or something. If she's cute, you could go for hitting on her, but purposely being, I don't know, gross or creepy about it.

I'd say you should tell her you're writing a book and/or getting everything down on your bucket list. Though I'm not really sure why a college journalist would bother with a graveyard spotting. Seeing as I myself have been on a school newspaper and all :P
