Giving your energy away

[Thirteen]

I'm aware of the danger.

I wish to give someone that I love deeply, my inner strength. I have tried my best to make her build her self up and I've even tried protection spells - but I was wrong; she's stuck inside of herself. Her soul is bound.

She was hurt deeply in her past and she can't let it go. It's too much to bare. She lets off so much negative energy that it hurts me.

So that brings me to my point - I'd like to give her my energy.

If there's anyway to do this while still keeping myself alive, I'd like to know - just in case things get bad with her, and she tries inflicting pain upon herself.
