ye you are definatlely right that it could have been, but to see it "walk" away, and to feel that it was real enough to talk to, i must admit it spooked me out alot!

the other reason why i was more convinced is that i had recently started getting into contact with my animal spirit. and so therefore throught the meditation aiming to become more aware of my surroundings. I thoguht maybe my perceptions had been opened up to seeing this figure rather than doing just the usual human thing of "pretending it doesent exist"

after all ignorance is bliss..... for most people, dont you think?
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

Actually normal people see Shadows everyday, it's not becuase of your 'animal' side.

cool i didnt know that,

im learning loads though from all of this. So u mean it a bit weird if something makes a sort of "guest appearance" or it aint the usual thing for a shadow to do u mean.

I havent heard or seen anything since so ill assume it was my imagination. Cheers evry1

I wouldn't say its your imagination, Shadows arn't like a haunting. They don't always appear in the same place twice. Don't expect one to see them every day, they have other people to bug if you know what I mean. ;)
