Tattered wings
There is perversion at play
a cursed dimension
i am stuck in this sickening world
A cycle of which i want no part
death, love, lost, a new
life is brought  and lies are lied

Yes,but there are more demensions they operate than what you know. Its a double-edged sword.War is wrong yet if we didn't have soldiers to fight you would surely be dead. Ever read anne frank's diary? What happened to her in the end without military on her side...

Andrea, if there were no wars, no urge to wage wars, THEN we all would be safe. Now I really appreciate the hard work a soldier does, but if there was no need for them, we would be living in a much more happier place.
Saying that, I wanna add that I'm thinking about going to the Navi.

You mean the US? It's not ruled by hatred, Andrea. It's ruled by indifference.

Greed=hate
Hate=indifference
I'd say it's all connected...at least in the cruel games of war.

But how does hate=indifference? and how does greed=hate? greed can bring hate, but that's not always the case and indifference is the middle ground between liking something or hating it. But you're right, there can't be true peace and war does create lots of those... unwanted feelings... or is caused by them.. or both. And without war, if thee were total peace, the government would most likely not stay in power for long. The people trust in their government because it's protecting them. So once again, a double-edged sword. We could use some time off all the fighting going on all over the place these days, though >.>

@lockesk: I like your work, keep it up! But yeah, I'd go with what Devinoir said and finish it up when you've got the inspiration

I'd say all of those things lead to eachother and are all ultimately connected...greed for money from oil leads to war which is hatred because we kill one another and we are all indifferent on both sides about how we as a country solve problems yet do nothing to stop it and the killing continues....Once again,just my opinion....

Oh yeah and seriously finish that good stuff!

I agree.

But now I understand the whole greed -> war -> hatred. It makes sense. I see what you mean by hatred leading to indifference, Andrea. I'd say they kind of coexist within different parts of society, though. You've got the hatred for the opposing side, yet most are rather indifferent to the fighting itself. Most would rather see the happy world they're hoping for rather than the one they're really living in.
