Stargate Atlantis, it has a few good episodes & moments, but it just can't escape being a cheap knock off of Stargate SG1.

After any great movies or series, any other are going to be considered cheap knock offs

In the late 70s when the original Star Wars came out, not to long after that a TV series called Battlestar Galatica came out, which a lot of people considered the same

Stargate Atlantis is on its 5th year/season if I am correct, I have never watched it, not cause I dont like it but since it is so far along I don't bother, so there must still be a lot of people watching it, I will eventually get the DVDs

I am still catching up on SG1, I am only on the second season...dohhhhh

Lol, SG 1 is awesemundo, but the very end, when they bring in new actors pisses me off.

Another series I like: Charmed. Yes, I love them, & I was sooo mad when they killed it.

Now, IMO charmed was Cheesy to the max, the 3 main charaters were tooooo gorgeous to take this show seriously

What was wrong with bringing in some of the cast of Farscape ? (I remember those additions and most SG1 fans loved it)

Just seen news that the 5th season is the last for Atlantis

Nothing was wrong with it, but it just wasn't true to all that came before.

PS: I LOVED Farscape!!!

I thought the TV series Freddies Nightmares was cheesy.
