For those who have seen it or want to see it, do you think it is/will be better than Saw I? Im debating on whether to see that or Exorcism of Emily Rose.

my sister in law saw them both, she said:

"Saw II was very good but not as gorey as I had hoped."

"Emily Rose was not as good as the Exorcist but it was good.  It is told during a trial or something, you know like in flashbacks n' stuff."
Your attitude is the only thing they can't take from you.

A friend of mine saw it (heh) and said it was more bloody and gruesome than the first one, but the story sucked.  I enjoyed the first one, and I would be dissapointed if the second was worse.  But that is the stereotypical sequel - I will probably still go to see it anyway.

I watched the first one on a DVD of ... dubious origin. It ended just before the very end of the film when the "twist" was revealed! I was not a happy snake!

I will watch Saw II but would like to see the complete Saw first! Failing that I'll just re-run Constantine and chuckle inwardly remembering Sensitive!

I haven't seen it.  This might be one I have to wait to see until it comes out on DVD, due to the fact that our children are kind of squeemish and we would have to get a sitter to see it.  Still, one way or another I'll eventually get to watch it.

Saw II was great, I personally liked it better then the first even, most sequels can't live up to the original but Saw II certainly does, great twist, I can't wait for #3.  As for picking a movie, see them both, Emily Rose scared me for awhile, but then again, I scare pretty easily when it comes to supernatural stuff, like the movie Mothman Prophecies creeped me out for awhile too when I first saw it, prolly cause they're both based on true events.

I finally saw it and agree it was way cool.  Even better than the first, which I liked too.

That's why I don't buy DVD's they are home made by someone else. More often than not when I used to I found the DVD's had problems.
