The only kind of magic I've seen that does that was on fictional TV shows.   

You sound really young; don't worry too much about attracting girls yet.  Believe me, you have a whole lifetime of dealing with them.

Well, yes we do have a ban on destructive magic.  And anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't magic mostly manifest itself as more of an influence of sorts?

what kind of girls do you want to attract?   

despite popular belief, magick can not be used to destroy physical, existances...you can use various methods to break a person down, play on their...fears and beliefs, but destroying them with magick...directly?

i do not believe it is possible; anyone who attempts it...would be working with energies that would just as willingly destroy those who call them, and could be easily, returned to sender, to do so.

if you want to impress girls, try buying a car...if you want to find a girl friend, try something, subtle.

There are ways, I know some of them. Heard of others through people I trust.
All of them would strike fear in the hearts of your enemies, all of them require a long time to develop the skills neccesary to use them.
If your goal is to attract girls then you'd be wasting your time trying to learn them becuase they would destroy you long before you could ever learn to control them. If you want power then your asking the wrong questions.

If you're looking to attract girls, well...blowing stuff up doesn't actually work all that well most of the time. Try for smaller things. Even small magic can be very impressive. Especially if it's something specifically for the girl you want to impress. If her pet is sick and you heal it, that's impressive. You don't have to be destructive.

Attempting to blow something up you're just as likely to blow yourself up first. Then you'll just look stupid.
