Gaurdian spirit

What a drastically uninformative thread.
I have animal spirit gaurdians, no angels or demons and quite frankly don't believe in a higher self.
The best way to contact your gaurdian is through guided trance, but other ways is just to sit and wait for them to make themselves known to you. Yo dont really need to go into contacting Spirits or any other kinds of channeling to contact them because as your gaurdians they are already contected to you. If you need you can try to arrange for them to visit you in your dreams.

Necropolis.... thanks for your post. I've read a lot of yours.  I've discovered it's much easier then I thought, as you're right, my angel has been with me since birth, and I just need to call on it. I've also found that what I'm interested in is lightwork. I've bought a few books on Chakra's, faeries, The Lightworker's Way, etc.  Now that the fall is upon us, I'll have plenty of time to read and research. I'm somewhat on a spiritual journey it seems.
