Strange website about a strange book known only as "The Incident"

The guy who owns this website found a book named "The Incident" made a few copies of some of the pages and then someone stole the book from him, now hes trying to locate it and found out what it really is about, he believes it's a great conspiracy.

Having a little more knowledge of these things than a lot of folks would, I doubt these are fake Veg.
