The free crossovertalk service was devised by Bill Chappell of Digital Dowsing LLC, and anyone can connect to it by adding "crossovertalk" to your Skype contact list.

In better words after using it twice...It works like a digital ouija board.  It reacts best to simple response questions ("Yes, "No").  I've also noticed odd background noises during one of my trys, a sound like of dripping water.

It's inner workings are unknown.  Whether these are actually spirits trying to speak is up to debate.
